I gained a good amount of weight back over the holidays, stepped on the scale & was completely disgusted! I started adkins a week ago & started working out two hours a day! ( oh the xbox kinect has been awesome! It finds muscles I no longer knew I had!) My goal is to be running by spring! I lost 10 lbs on week one! I've been in such a happy mood- the girl who didnt like to workout has found so many great benefits to it that I can't imagine turning back now!!!
