The girl who couldn't stand to sweat not only works out at least 2 hours a day (completed 3 hours yesterday with Brian!) but I've also started to run again! I think the smallest victory, but the most important, is believing you can! I gave up sugar / flour this week, I've made a lot of bad choices with food, weight management, and smoking the last 18 years or so....not to mention it was 16 degree's here when I ran yesterday! If I can do it, anyone can! The 2nd victory will be sticking with it and I go through the 28 day sugar withdrawal (ugh, who know that was so awful!) I'm not holding myself back anymore, so wish me luck!
