Who knew withdrawing from sugar in a diet caused so many problems? It takes roughly 28 days to get out of your system and for you to start feeling better. Often it is considered an addiction in high amounts b/c it releases dopamine in the brain (a pleasure hormone). Here's the list of withdrawal symptoms: (and yes Ive had many right down to the itchy skin! Never again! You won't ever find me doing this to myself again! I'm on the road to recovery but I wont lie, its been rough! I have been trying to work out 2 hours a day, but I will say this fatigue is awful!

- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Hunger
- Irritability
- Itchy skin
- Nausea
- Offensive body odor
- Sleep difficulties (too much or too little)
