Week 1 equals DONE!

Week one...CHECK! Stayed on track, focused, and working out hard. So far this week I've spent my days running, boxing (well sparring...FUN stuff!), walking, lifting weights, xbox kinect workouts, ect. I'm under the allotted 1300 calories a day & burning between 600-900 a day! (using my fitness pal to track) Oh man, for a girl who hasn't worked out in 18 years (unless you count toting a couple of kids or dogs around) I DID IT! I'll spare you the details about the dry heaves, the crying jag, or the yelling at hubby "Your killin me, Smalls!" haha! I'm so happy! I'm down 7-9 lbs (damn scale, no matter where you move it and zero it out, it changes) and I've lost inches already! -1/2 inch from neck, 1 1/2 from chest (really, I could keep the boobs! for real!) - 1 1/2 inches from waist....Ready to knock out week 2!
