Week one is down, despite obstacles I face ( stomach issues, sciatic nerve, a pulled muscle) i've managed to burn between 900-1200 calories a day through working out! I've focused on running, walking, boxing-sparring, strength training, ect. I'm really happy it makes you feel good to be determined, to feel satisfaction, & to earn it the right way without going hungry! Ciera has jumped on board with us, too. I think my favorite is the sparring! We bought weighted gloves! So first week down here's my results:
Lost between 7-9 lbs ( I rely on measurements more than the scale! I've lost 1 1/2 inches from waist, 1 1/2 inches from chest, & 1/4 inch from my neck! Yayy!!! Heres an example of my fitness pal diary- im proud of the excercise calories burnt!
